Our basement flooded with sewage from a toilet back up.

Mold was growing in the basement. The crew and project manager created containment and also completed the cleaning and remediation and the reconstruction.

Not only were these guys super friendly and responsive, they explained exactly what needed to be done and then they got the job done quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend them for anything!

Some items we did learn about were

• Mold is present almost everywhere, indoors and outdoors.
• Mold spores are microscopic and float along in the air, and may enter your home through windows, doors, or AC/heating systems or even hitch a ride indoors on your clothing or on a pet.
• Mold spores thrive on moisture. Mold spores can quickly grow into colonies when exposed to water.

We had storm damage After coming back from a week vacation, we discovered that our washer hose burst.  Mold was found and odor was all over our basement.  

We had no idea what to do or who to call. A good friend suggested we call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich so we did.

They set up containment, with Poly plastic, and sealed off the area.

Then they placed big air scrubbers, and containment. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process.

I cannot begin to thank them enough for all they did for us. I would recommend SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich to anyone I know.

They were at my home in less than an hour, and what a relief. The crew performed the clean up and Mold remediation, and also the reconstruction.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the mold in my basement recently.  The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me.  They took extra time to make sure they kept the moldy waste taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure nothing was left behind when they left.  They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no mold in there.

I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.
